Jim is also the founder and longtime chair of one of the nation's leading hospitality law practices. Over a career spanning more than 35 years, Jim and his team have advised owners, developers, investors, and lenders on more than 5,000 hotel transactions worldwide, representing over $135 billion in value. He currently serves as Partner and Co-Chair of the Hospitality Practice at Blank Rome LLP.
Mark S. Adams has been the Hotel Consigliere, Senior Hotel Litigator and a frequent contributor and co-author since joining the group nearly 20 years ago. Mark is one of the leading hospitality litigators in the country, with a national and international practice and a track record that includes the termination and restructuring of hotel management and franchise agreements involving virtually every major brand.
